*hugs* I think it's definitely normal to feel that way but I don't think it's necessarily that you are unimportant to him. My guess (I stress guess b/c obviously I don't know anything since I haven't met him yet) is that he's tired (and a guy). Three jobs plus a kid is an awful lot. And I think it's normal for guys to be a bit reclusive like that. When Pierce says he wants to spend more time working on his projects I get a little hurt too (and I live with the guy so it's a little silly). Have you tried talking about it

No, I haven't talked to him about it yet. Although, he must have sensed something was up, cause he called me randomly today just to chat! And we actually talked for quite a bit! It was great! I do need to talk to him, though. I just don't want to come across as being needy and being too demanding. Cause I don't think I am. I just want to be with someone who wants to see me more than once a week. That's not too much to ask for, is it? Am I being too demanding? I don't know anymore!

And where does Pierce work again?! Maybe it's time to find a new, safer job?!

I don't think you're being demanding. You miss your boyfriend. What's so bad about that? You like him, you want to see him. It's only natural! :P You want to talk about needy? Lindy can't go 2 hours without texting, calling, or hanging out with Stephanie. Even when she knows Stephanie is at work or Sunday School and can't text back. Stephanie went out with Rachel and Alex last night and told her friends that she was too and they came over anyways... At midnight, completely uninvited. Anyways... You're only demanding if you're all like, "spend moar time with me naow, rawr!" (Note the silly tone in which you imagined I said that sentence... Lol.) I think if you express that you miss him every now and again when you haven't seen him in a while it would be okay.
