oh gods, this was good. I do love the way you switched this around. Yashiro has no idea what he was walking into. I liked the whole they took over the mens room thing as that means there was no break in the action from the Hikaru drags him away from the table.

My questions it leaves me with are as follows. What did Touya mean hes not going back to Tokyo? What is his secretary up to? Where is Hiakru going to stay during the tournaments he has entered? Is the rest of our favorite cast going to show up for said tournament? Can WE PLEASE have him face the old troll?

Oh and MAN i can't wait to see what happens next!!!

Oh, sorry the 'not going back to Tokyo' was so confusing. I've repositioned that sentence to make it clearer. And your question about Icchan encouraged me write that last section, which otherwise might never have seen daylight. So thanks! *g*

And I'm also looking forward to Hikaru going to the Samsung Cup - which I believe is hosted in Korea. (yay for locale change and new story!) I'll definitely be bringing in the old gang - at the very least, Hon Suyong and Ko Yongha. ^_~

About Kuwabara... *laughs* I'll see if I can get him to Korea. :D

The chemistry between Akira and Hikaru is just amazing, especially when Yashiro was involved. *______________* Omg possessive!Akira. AND HOLY ^*(&(*&) THE KISS! XDDDDDDDDD The way you write Akira and Hikaru is almost like the Akira and Hikaru in my mind, but waay richer. And Samsung Cup! KOREA!!! And now Ichikawa's moving. EEeeiiiiaaa!!! This chapter really put me through the blender - as you probably can tell from the long time between updates. ^^; I'm really relieved you liked the Akira-Hikaru-Yashiro scene: it was the first time I had to write that many people interacting - I had to keep reminding myself where one out of the two was, since one-on-one interactions is what I'm used to (at one point of the draft, I even forgot about Hikaru's pov - boy was that embarrassing).

I'm happy about the kiss too. *^__^* Actually, I cannibalized part of the kiss from a rough draft I did for Spring - but it fits so much neater here. I'm really glad I waited.

And yeah, Icchan really didn't waste any time. ^^

This chapter really had a lot going on, didn't it? Hope it was worth the long wait. :D

Yashiro is hopelessly outclassed. XD And that kiss was love. It was biting (literally?!) and made me giggle in absolute glee. Matched Akira and Hikaru in that it wasn't gentle and with emotions running high... :3

Uh oh. D: Things are moving in Akira's world and it seems like Hikaru is being swept up with it.

Yeah. *is sheepish* That kiss was a little...violent, and maybe even a bit non-con - but only because Hikaru so taken by surprise, I swear!

And poor Yashiro. *pets him*

Oh dear. Poor Yashiro and his bewilderment. And Hikaru, of course, making the only answer possible to the question... Right before getting mixed up in the Touya-gumi after all! Gosh, this is fun. Looking forward to the next bit, whenever you think it's right.

I love outsider POV stories, so writing that last section was very entertaining. I had a lot of fun playing around with how someone might misinterpret everything that Shindo had gone through - and hopefully, I can play some more with that in the future. *g*

I suppose I should feel bad for Yashirou, but man, Touya was fantastic. I knew he'd still come out on top at Go. I love the pacing in the chapter; the awkward dinner with Touya at first, then their blind go game, then Yashirou and Touya's reaction.

And the kiss. Yup.

At about 5000 words long, this chapter took quite a bit more time to percolate. ^^; I feel like I should apologize to Yashiro - I've been putting him through the grinder so much, caught as he is between Shindo and Touya. But he's such a terrific foil. *g*

And I admit, I was a little impatient with the UST. And that was how it bubbled over in the chapter. So, yep, finally, the kiss. *^__^*
