Yes, you guessed right, Team LJ. I just watched The Mile High Job. (Well, more truthfully, some hours ago,now.) Eliot's hair was particularly fabulous, Parker is simply winxwin and Nate/Sophie UST is my anti-drug.
In further being wrong on the internet news, I don't think I could say it better than musesfool*, who has cogently summed up my thoughts on Will Shetterley's and Kathryn Cramer's behaviour, only much better than I could. I don't know coffeeandink, I just like reading her LJ. She gives great book review. She requested that people respond to the harassment she is being subjected to with positive action. To that end, I started this list on Goodreads. Now, Listopia lists are for users to vote on a collection of books. I didn't put this together with any voting intention, I was just looking for a way to collect all the recs in coffeeandink's comments in one interactive place. Your advice on a better place would be welcome, or a heads up to someone else's better plan. What I'd like is a place where people can see, and see synopsis/reviews of the diverse collection of books recced. And I personally want to be able to grab them and add them to my shelves as I read/obtain them.
I'm not putting them in my Goodreads account because that's not visible outside of Goodreads. (If you're on Goodreads I'd love to be your buddy: I'm Vera. )
I don't intend to put them in the context of their reccing, because I don't want random de-contextualised Goodreads users to stumble over coffeeandink's post, or anyone else. I reckon we just read and share the work of these writers, like she asked. That we create and build, rather than pettishly attempt to punish people for the unspeakable crime of disagreeing with us.

Whatever differences we might have about warnings and headers, or the existence of RPS, or Draco v Snape as Harry's true love or The Shrine, I'm very glad to have you all in my life. Who new that when I fired up Alta Vista (or was it Yahoo?) all those years ago and hopefully typed in "Blake's 7" that I would gain this much? Who knew what treasure there was to have and to share?
