All I had been hoping for was a bunch of fun nights out when I was home. That's all. Except I didn't want to plan them. But waiting on my friends to do it was a shame. There came a point where I got annoyed because someone asked why I was doing something, and I wanted to shout BECAUSE THEY'RE MAKING PLANS WITH ME. It's not me having to seek them

sounds wonderful. i'm glad you got to spend so much time with your friends. i know it sucks when people don't pull together and plan something but in the end nights like these, it seems, make you forget your frustrations and make it all worth it.

where are you now btw that you won't see them for awhile?

Yea, it does get absolutely frustrating, but it definitely made me forget it.

I am in Edinburgh in Scotland doing my Master's in Wildlife Biology & Conservation! I wass just home for Christmas!

that's awesome! how long is the program? are you in your second year now? what made you decide on scotland?

It is a yea (3 trimesters!) So that was one factor. Also, the application was free and I always wanted to come here since Stony, but since they're on the £ it wound up being the price of Stony for the year rather than the semester, so my parents said no. I got in and back home I got into CSU and PSU, and they were two years, so their cost would've been more than the one year here, and what better a time to do it?
