OMG, I can't believe we're in October already.  It seems like just yesterday I was getting ready to go to the hospital to have Aislinn.  Nope, that was August.  But I guess that's what happen when you're a new mom.

Anyway, as I said, little Aislinn was born in August, on the 29th to be exact.  She weighed 6lbs and 14oz, but dropped to 6 after her ( Read more... )

I'm so glad both you and baby Aislinn are doing well. She's beautiful!

So sorry you had such a bad experience with your Doctors though. Believe me I can relate. I had to have an oophorectomy two years ago after my Doctors misdiagnosed a tumor I had for over a year - and the incision for my laparotomy tore too. Unfortunately Doctors are only human, but for the majority of the time they do a wonderful job.

You can get in line for Jensen ;D

Ooh, wow - that's a lot to go through... is everything good medically now. And though I do know doctors are falible, it's aggravating because from my first experience with the hospital I went to (I got transfered from my regular OB to that hospital at 36 weeks because we knew the baby would need surgery at Children's Hospital across the street) everything was bad - incompitence all around. Argh, I say, argh!

And about Jensen... I'm sure I'm pretty far down that line too! *wink*

If I didn't have the computer keep my logged in, I'd be the same!

I'm good now yup. I have to go back every 6 months for a scan and blood tests cos the tumor was borderline cancerous, just to make sure all is well but in the grand scheme of things that's nothing to complain about.

It's awful that people have to go through this with Doctors. They have our lives in their hands. Argh! I'm not a fan of the medicalm profession any more it has to be said.

Maybe combine forces and elbow our way to the front of the queue? ;D
