So Tour de France winner Floyd Landis tests positive for high testosterone levels. Note, testosterone isn't actually ILLEGAL, but apparently, it's not the high levels of testosterone that raised flags, it is the low level of epitestosterone. Basically, it's taking the idea that the X-Men have used for years, that Bendis touched upon in "Powers", that J.
