Choices suck, and I'm worried I made the wrong choice with going to Colorado and missing out on HOC. Only time will tell, I wish I could do everything.

I had a sneaking fear this was going to be a crappy summer, but I had no idea.

So I got to fire the noon gun twice yesterday. Once at noon and another time 2:40ish, now thats all fine and dandy but I got to fire a cannon with the White Stripes. Not too many people can say they fired a 12 pounder from 1808 with the White Stripes.

Holy fack, I'm a boob. Totally made an idiot of myself today... Just can't let it happen again.

I was so glad to be in the Canada Day show, which meant I had to work an extra day... I'm dead tired and we have to prepare for the Halifax Highland Games. It's going to be a long week.

Ladies and Gentlemen, today I just did one of the coolest things I think I've done in my entire life. I got to fire the noon gun, the crack you hear every day at 12 noon, I made it go "boom." So I thought I hurt yesterday hahahahaha, put a rifle in someones hand (a very heavy rifle, and march them around all day, it's beauitful). Tomorrow will be amazing... once it's over.

Work is fun, being screamed at is beginning not to bother me. I do hurt all over though. And for the record I hate shining shoes every 45 minutes.
