Thanks so much for this recipe. I made a brown onion version a couple of months ago, and took it to work for people to try. One guy stole the jar, and took it home with him. Came back to work a couple of weeks later, and asked for more because his daughter stole it off him.

So for Xmas I'm making the red onion to give as gifts. Thank you!
