Delissimo, you may just have provided an elegant solution to the Asian silver carp problem. (I don't presume to know whether that's the species you used--or, indeed, much about the ecology of the Ukraine--but they're invasive pests here in the U.S.)

they are not pests, here in Ukraine. Carp is considered a national fish and it is very tasty. Its not the Asian silver carp. Almost all fish dishes are prepared from carp in Hungary :)
