you can easily use coconut milk or probably almond or soy milk if you want non-dairy. i think coconut milk would be best. and use cornstarch / cornflour instead of regular ol' flour -- just make sure you cook the butter and cornstarch mixture well to cook out the rawish flavor.

For me it's nondairy and nongluten and easy on the spicing, but this is SUCH an accommodating recipe!
Nongluten (corn-quinoa) pasta. Tuna in oil for extra flavor/texture.
Oh, thank you for the push; I've been thinking about making good old homey tasty happy tuna mac for the longest time.
