Bacon Cheddar Apple Pie

Ok. A while ago someone mentioned making a Apple pie with Cheddar Cheese and a Bacon lattice top. I found a recipe for a Bacon Apple Pie and a recipe for a Cheddar Crust so I thought I would combine them.

Oooh definitely intruiged. If only I wasnt so lazy and lacking pie dishes, I would definitely try this. As it is I may just combine the ingredients in a different way and see what comes out :D

A cake pan should work.

I'd recommend a Galette but you need to contain the bacon grease.
