Mmm...carrot halwa. My favorite Indian dessert, even more so that gulab jamun! I'm too lazy to make it though. I buy it when I spot it at the local Indian market. So good!

gulab jamon is also one of my favorites!:) it's canned version is quite good where I live, so I don't mind buying it
ready made carrot halwa isn't at all as good at the specialty stores available to me though
