Vegan mac n cheez

I have been searching high and low for a great vegan mac n cheese recipe. I finally found one which incorporates butternut squash as the main ingredient! This version has cashews in it: butternut squash mac n cheese. I made this version, which is nut free: nut free butternut squash mac n cheese.
