So I made a quiche for my weeks lunches (recipe below), and anyone would have thought that would be enough for the day, but not for me of course. I went shopping and picked up some potatoes and kumara, which just called for roast chicken ( Read more... )

Ooh, I hadn't thought about using raspberry balsamic vinegar on chicken like that...we have some at home that needs used up, and I am going to have to try it!

I tend to add it to everything :) It is amazing on chicken! I snagged a 5kg bag of onions today and I plan to make balsamic caramelised onions in the slow cooker with them + the balsamic vinegar.
