~new stand mixer!~

So, my dad is super awesome and just gifted me a brand spanking new Kenmore Elite stand mixer for my birthday today and I took it out of the box and drooled over it pretty good. But now, I actually wanna USE it and all the ideas I've been saving up for "one day when I get a mixer" seem to have suddenly disappeared from my brain. Help me! What

Something with meringue? That's usually when I really wish I had a stand mixer. :) This month's issue of Bon Appetit has an awesome looking berry, lemon meringue pie on the cover.

I think the night I got my kitchenaid, I bought some really nice strawberries and whipping cream, and proceeded to use my mixer to whip the cream. :D Normally I use a hand mixer for whipped cream, but it was a good way to break in the mixer. And then I think I made cookies with it a week later.

I would suggest any kind of bread. I'd never do it by hand (but maybe you have already!), only in a stand mixer or bread machine.
