~new stand mixer!~
So, my dad is super awesome and just gifted me a brand spanking new Kenmore Elite stand mixer for my birthday today and I took it out of the box and drooled over it pretty good. But now, I actually wanna USE it and all the ideas I've been saving up for "one day when I get a mixer" seem to have suddenly disappeared from my brain. Help me! What should be the first amazing recipe to make using my beautiful new machine? I have to do this baby justice!
