And it sounds like a great side dish, too - thanks!

I'm a fan of various Japanese dishes and there's a cold soba (buckwheat) noodle dish that uses tahini. You can add cold roasted chicken if you need to add a protein to it. Otherwise, just use veggies ie shredded/julienned carrots are a tasty addition.

If you don't have/want to get soba noodles, you can use spaghettini or linguine.

That last one...I'm about to drool here!
I really shouldn't be asking for any kind of recipe suggestion before dinner!
Thanks :D

I like the soy sauce/molasses/brown sugar/chili oil in the first recipe. The picture is just not as appetizing as in the second one. :)

I think you can use them in most cookie recipes in place of peanut butter, since it is just sesame butter. This one sounds interesting and instead of using expensive pine nuts on top for decoration, how about a half a peanut or dip the top of the cookies in sesame seeds before baking.

It's great as a sauce for cooked spinach or other veg, if you like- just put a little dab on and let it melt down in;)

I thin it out with lemon juice, garlic, water until it's creamy and then drizzle it over stuff.
