Hello fellow cookers!
I got a jar of tahini paste - white, unsalted - from a co-worker but I'm a bit at a loss what to do with it.
I've already tried it as a spread of sorts, mixed with honey, but the texture doesn't really do it for me. So I come to you for advice.
What can I do with tahini?
Ideal would be recipes involving any kind of meat since my family is not too keen on vegetarian dishes; also, anything sweet and/or baked :)
