Does anyone happen to know how to make the turkey legs you can purchase at Six Flags? Is it even turkey? haha

If you'll excuse the stoopid question, does it interfere with the smoke detector? I'm picturing it billowing out when you check on the progress of your food. (Mine has been known to go off on steam, and it's a high ceiling where it's mounted, which is seriously annoying.)

I've heard that, too. From what I thought was a reliable source (a former restaurant manager from Disney), but now I'm not sure. :)

if that's the case, those are some short emu.

Agreed, there is more than a slight height difference between a turkey and an emu.
