 Anyway, let’s get back to the dish at hand. I suppose I shouldn’t really have been surprised that this dish turned out good; after all, you can possibly go wrong with a prawn and chorizo combo!

I just saw an ad in my grocery store's circular for on sale shrimp/prawns! Now I know what I want to do with them. :)
