This recipe for Lentil Tacos is amazing!

I didn't make the salsa (I already had some xD) or have the ancho chili or the paprika so I just used some store bought taco seasonings and added some black beans. AMAZING.

But I still have a half a bag left, so I'm going to watch this post >)!

I would use green in recipes for black or brown lentils. I would not be as likely to use them in recipes for red lentils because red ones tend to cook to a different (more mushed together, less separate pieces) consistency. Not sure about yellows.
