I was home sick recently and while flicking between channels saw half a cooking segment on The View. I remember trying to pay attention to what the chef was doing but can now only remember a few details, was pretty full of flu medicine at the time. He made chicken enchilada (or possibly burrito?) soup with some kind of broth and shredded cooked
