Looking for a recipe

I was home sick recently and while flicking between channels saw half a cooking segment on The View. I remember trying to pay attention to what the chef was doing but can now only remember a few details, was pretty full of flu medicine at the time. He made chicken enchilada (or possibly burrito?) soup with some kind of broth and shredded cooked chicken, and threw in corriander, fresh lime juice, avocado and toasted tortilla chips at the end instead of croutons. It was really quick and easy, thought it would be great for work night dinners, does anyone have any thoughts? I'm in Australia so have no idea how recent it was or whether it is a common dish? I'd never seen it before.
