Avocado pasta?

So as I got home, I was trying to think of something for dinner. I had just bought some orzo thinking to make a lemony pasta salad with it, but realized I only had one small roma tomato, not really enough to make a good pasta salad like I like it. Maybe some freshly cracked black pepper? Or a lot of it. Garlic would be good, too.

I never would have thought of the mustard but it sounds good. I was going to also suggest Garlic and cracked pepper but I also wanted to add salt and diced onion.

cilantro is also very good with avacado

Oh, yes, there was salt! I added a good dash of kosher salt. It's so automatic to me that I didn't even think to list it as an ingredient.

I don't like onions, but I do like cilantro, so I will have to grab some of that.

My Mom's having trouble with her kidneys and they want her to reduce her sodium intake so salt is too much on my mind lately LOL
