I want to make the recipe below but with the George Foreman Grill... Do you suppose if I marinaded and just did it for 4 minutes on the grill, that would be good enough?

IMO, you should turn the grill all the way up high, and do it for a bit longer than 4 mins. 5-6 sounds right, but I don't like my GFG very much, so I don't recall having ever done salmon specifically.

Mine doesn't have a temperature guage... just the default. I'll check the book and see if it gives any salmon suggestions though.
