I want to make the recipe below but with the George Foreman Grill... Do you suppose if I marinaded and just did it for 4 minutes on the grill, that would be good enough?

Thanks for the help!

Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Dill

4 salmon steaks or filets

Marinade
juice of 1 large lemon or 2 small lemons
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 clove garlic, minced

Place salmon in a shallow, non-reactive dish. Combine marinade ingredients; pour over salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Grill salmon directly over medium coals, basting with marinade, for about 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.
Serves 4.

meat: bbq, fish: salmon
