Devious Ianto is always a delight. I have no idea if any of what he told Jack is true - Jack hardly needs his potency boosted anyhow - but a reduction in his caffeine intake should at least lower his stress levels and help him relax, which will be good for everyone.

It is true in as much as it's a tea that is believed to have those benefits (I googled aphrodisiac teas lol!) But whether or not it actually works is anyone's guess! :D
