From ayoub and ellierachael, who is having her own frenzySparked by a recent spate of friends leaving LJ, I decided to have a go at my own friending frenzy. I'm Mary. I am 35 and married to my best friend. We are geeks. I love D&D, comics, reading, sci-fi, anime, our cats (Coke & Sprite), baking, needlepoint and the library to name a few.

I post about all of the above, work and goings on. I'll respect your views as long as you respect mine.

I love meeting new people and getting to know them through LJ!

I'm 34, live in Northern Idaho with my husband of 12 years, our 6 year old daughter and our 10 year old black lab. I'm currently trying to be a stay at home mom without losing my mind. My journal has a lot of family stuff, particularly dealing with my daughter. I am in the process of enrolling to an online school to finish my degree in Health Information Technology. I also interested in/post about:

* March of Dimes/March for Babies - prematurity awareness
* knitting
* crocheting
* recipes

I post a lot when not in school (or working like now) and cut back a bit when really busy. I read LJ nearly every day and do comment.

You sound like my kinda Gal. Scottland is one of the places on my visit list, especially since I'm part Scottish. Plus I like to see doggies chase sheep!

Hello! ayoub sent me.

I'm a 40-something crazy cat man in training, living in Berkeley California, just a jump across th' bay from San Francisco!

I'm a software engineer, a writer, a guy who likes to run around a lot, and a refugee of the punk/metal/goth/my-god-what-did-we-do-last-night daze of the 80's and early 90's.

I'm very political and my poltiics are quite progressive. I don't lock all of my entries so you can check out some of my musings on my LJ.

I'm also running a "Back to LJ" campaign on Facebook, to try and get once vibrant LJers who have transferred most or all of their actvities to Faecbook to come back and start blogging again!

after being gone for a few years i've realized that this was the place i made many friends that i still have. let's keep bringing this back!
