Friending Frenzy--Everyone is invited! :)

From ayoub and ellierachael, who is having her own frenzySparked by a recent spate of friends leaving LJ, I decided to have a go at my own friending frenzy. The idea of a friending frenzy is to find new LJ friends that you may or may not have have had the good fortune to meet otherwise ( Read more... )

Hi :) I can't resist shiny new friends!

As my user info says:

I'm a 34 year old Scottish female whose number one ambition is to be an eccentric recluse. It's going quite well so far, although I still have to venture into the company of other people to earn a living, sadly. Away from work, I spend most of my time being cheerfully antisocial. I hope to one day have a moat and drawbridge, but since I currently live in an upper storey flat, it's not very practical at the moment…

I'm single and childfree by choice and very happy that way. Living alone is one of the greatest joys of my life. The remote control is mine, all mine, buwahahaha!

I'm a pagan and a solitary witch. My path is very much my own and - as in most things - I like to do it my way! I'm fascinated by all things spiritual, paranormal, strange and mysterious, yet at the same time I'm quite a cynic and sceptic and have an almost total lack of belief in anything. This seems to work pretty well for me.

I spend my spare time doing things such as reading any kind of book that falls into my grasp, dabbling with creative writing when the muse strikes, messing around on LJ, writing to penpals, photographing the pretty bits of Scotland, eating industrial amounts of chocolate, avoiding doing the housework and whining that I don't have enough time to do all of the above. I've considered getting a life, but frankly, I'm far too busy.

I like having people on my Flist who post and comment on a fairly regular basis - there are times when I get too busy to comment or post much, but usually I'm pretty active here and post most days.

You sound like my kinda Gal. Scottland is one of the places on my visit list, especially since I'm part Scottish. Plus I like to see doggies chase sheep!

Added you back :) I think I've almost turned avoiding housework into an artform (well, that sounds better than just being lazy, anyway!)

I read your comment yesterday and woke up thinking about it. Weird, eh? So I came back to this post and am adding some folks, you included.

I was very much like you up until a few years ago. I miss that life and am still trying to adjust to my new one.

Anyway, added!

I really enjoy the way you write. You sound much like how I planned to be. If that makes sense...

I'm also a pagan, a writer, photographer and enjoyer of chocolate. Yes, I know that's not a word. :)
