*g* It's yummy; we haven't had it in quite a while so it'll be a good one for tomorrow! And it's not difficult, just a bit time-consuming with all the chopping etc.

It doesn't look like there is tons of chopping to me (says the person who just finely chopped a pound of brussel sprouts).
