Oh, wow. I really liked this. The way we come into the scene with the slightly-tapered fingers dancing about the cauldron, the way Harry comes into focus - and then how gradually and naturally it becomes evident that this is not only an established relationship, but a very, very deep and loving one, deeper than perhaps Harry even knows.

I could feel with Severus how Harry felt as he lowered him to the cot. And the trust Harry showed - without even thinking about it by now - when he put the glasses in Severus's hand was wonderful.

I found myself re-reading this several times, drinking in all the nuances and picking up even more hints as to what could be terribly wrong with Harry...

And I have to note: from the beginning to the (gorgeous) end, the whole fic really seemed like a love poem.
