One of the several things that really irritate me is racism. I have even less tolerance for it from well educated people. I guess having a college degree doesn't mean you are not an ignorant tick. No matter what your reasoning, no entire race, culture or creed is uniform. The End.

My car had to go in for inspection and repairs to the tune of $450. Husband's car almost caught on fire. Something with fuel pump or injector or something. That was another $350. Thursday night I went to see Marie Antoinette with my carpool buddy. It was a beautiful display of costumes and sets. Friday I spent the afternoon with my brother and niece working on the kitchen. We had a guest speaker come to school today. Her name is Ruth and she is a survivor of the Holocaust. She was hidden in France. She ended up in a Roman Catholic Orphanage and went by the name of Renee. She wrote a book titled, "Your Name is Renee" ( Read more... )

I teach at a Friends School but my students are of varied faiths. I ordered Frankincense and Myrrh to make gifts for my students. I was going to put them in pretty baggies with a note that said,"We're all God's children." Do you think I will offend anyone? Do you think I should care? Do you you think I shouldn't do it?
