Sounds like a great appointment! She's growing like a weed! I can't believe she's already 9 months old!! Seems like she should still be an itty-bitty newborn!

And I'm not sure if it'll make you feel any better about Tia's weight gain, but Ember did the same thing. Between her 4 and 6 month appointments she only gained between 9 and 12 ounces. I can't remember the exact number but I expressed my concern about it and the Ped wasn't worried at all. Ember was only 14lb 14oz at her 6 month check up at almost 7 months old.

she sounds PERFECT!!! :) lukas too was only 14pounds at 7months old.

Sounds like a good appt. to me! None of my kids were 20lbs. at a year. And remember, she's a girl and on a different growth curve than the boys were. Don't stress!
