so...this is whats going on with me for you people who would like to know. So i went to the orthopedic surgeon on wednesday and they were pretty cool. i found out that i have two choices and they are go though physical therapy or get surgery. so........ i have deiced to get surgery!!! im not scared about it at all, im actually happy im getting it ( Read more... )

Well for thoes of you who dont already know I disslocated my knee cap on friday. Its really sucks!!! Not only did I do it once but I did it 3 other times. All I was doing was dancing, and I guess I moved the wrong way or something and I collopsed right to the ground. I went to urgent care and they said i disslocated it and it hurts like a bitch!!!
