Yes, I'm still alive. My area did not get hit hard by Sandy. I am still on LJ (at least while I see whether or not they are going to force this bloody *#$%*#& new friends page on us) and in fandom. Listen to your users for once. You have 2000+ comments on the news post alone explaining why your latest changes are simply a BAD IDEA, and not one in support of them. Are you TRYING to drive your userbase away by making the site unusable?
