On my computer, there is 3 people on my network, the 1st being the my sister's laptop, the 3rd being myself. Who is the 2nd, how did it get there?

it's someone near you picking up your network around your apartment/house whatever.

like i said, it's someone that lives near you using your internet.

Someone is probably using your internet.

Go to portforward.com and look up how to get into your router. Then set your wireless settings up. Google for more info. "Router password wireless"
