Presentations went well. Shoulders were patted, hands were shook by former tutors, peers, ex-bosses and colleagues. A huge stone has been unburdened. Skipped the gala dinner tonight so that I can catch up on everything else. Conference has been fruitful and we still have 1 more day to go.

Am slowly and quietly panicky from my little corner. Tomorrow is D-Day. I have done presentations on this topic before, in front of strangers, on home ground and overseas. Friend in Florida has a craving for Singapore's Hainanese chicken rice. Unfortunately, she has been unable to locate the key ingredient, screwpine leaves/ pandan leaves to replicate the flavor. Would appreciate if anyone knows where to get them in Florida. Thanks!

It finally arrived! The most expensive online purchase ever made to date....the box was dented on both ends but thankfully, the contents were intact, including the poster.
