I love this sentence. It really speaks volumes that their one-night-stand/relationship is based on 'hatred' (or, well, not love). ETA: Also, I think you meant to say 'trifecta'? A trifecta is a bet on which horses will finish first, second and third, and AFAIK the trifector is the one who places the bet. I've never heard trifectorate, but that might be a regional thing.
