A beautiful sunny day for my ## wedding anniversary! Just had lunch with Ros at "Karma", a great restaurant on the Boardwalk at Brighton Marina. Garlic Tiger Prawns in a wonderful cream and white wine sauce with crunchy bread to mop up and a fresh salad, washed down with, er, Chardonnay and completed with a double espresso. I'm buzzin'! The temperature has dropped by 10 degrees in Brighton over the last 24 hours so we opted for a Thai red curry with sticky rice for dinner! Took the unusual approach (for us anyway) of drinking well chilled Chardonnay with it. Great combo!
