New Spectacles

My new spectacles finally arrived today, thirty-one days after my home eye test by Outside Clinic. I had 'phoned them on three occasions to get some information about when I could expect delivery and not once did they call me back. Shocking lack of customer service. I was on the brink of cancelling the order and getting my payment back

I'm sorry you had bad service but glad you're pleased now. I was lucky, I got my specs very quickly and have been recommending the OutsideClinic to people.
I had a follow-up call to see if I wanted an appointment for any adjustments that might be necessary.

Lennon had the round NHS prescription frames. I think mine are an improvement!

Mine are rectangular. Prices here are MUCH more expensive. I paid £150 for mine!
