I had my home eye-test today conducted by a lovely bloke called Robert from Outside Clinic. Very thorough to say the least. No problems behind the eyes but some indication of cataracts, although he said 'nothing to worry about'. No indication of diabetes behind the eyes although I am Type 2 Diabetic. I recently received a letter from the NHS advising that I could be entitled to a free eye test at home. I completed the application form online and an adviser from OutsideClinic called me this morning to say that my application had been approved. We did. Ros and I both had appointments yesterday for eye-tests at Specsavers in Brighton. It had been more than two years since our last test, for all the obvious reasons.
