Prepared for dinner last night. Not too healthy I guess but I am allowed the occasional indulgence! Back bacon rashers, Pomodoro tomatoes, fried eggs served on toasted Hovis seeded granary bread. Delicious!
Yeah, that's where single-skillet meals are quite appealing. Cheese crisps, for example. Open up the package for one tortilla, open up the shredded cheese, and the skillet doesn't need much more than a wipedown.
The shows that probably taught me the most about cooking was Alton Brown's Good Eats. He had an amazing show about making a tomato sauce for pasta, I don't remember specifically which sauce it was. But the stupid recipe took over FIVE HOURS TO COOK! NO THANK YOU! Simmering stock? Sure. A pasta sauce? No. But yeah, I've filled the sink with dishes many a time. That's why god invented the dishwasher. :)
Doesn't look that unhealthy apart from all that bacon. One of the few meat things I miss. Some of the veggie versions are pretty good, though.(Some of course, are disgusting. You have to check 'em out.) Looks scrummy, anyway.

I ended up skipping dinner yesterday, but I had a full-sized burrito for lunch, so it wasn't a problem.

It was delicious. The only problem is the washing up the cooking creates!
