It's not easy to take a selfie, with one hand, with Riley sat on my lap. A fairly rare occurrence! Not a bad effort though!

Well, it's ongoing Wayne. As things are he will be on Thyronorm for the rest of his life. But he's doing OK - has put on 310 gms in the last month.
