Friday Five - Prompt: AU
There are so many great AU stories in this fandom, it was hard to pick just five! In no particular order:

Wonderful, fun, side-splitting read. This is crack at its very best.

Brad and Nate are models. They fall in love.
The tension in this is delicious. The characters may spend a lot of time oiled and wearing skimpy clothing instead of combat gear, but they are so very recognisable. Also, Ray is perfect.
03/ The One Where Ray Person Time Travels by __sine
[Ray, Brad. R. 4500]
It was like having asthma, excluding the nudity, brushes with the law, and being chased by angry grandmothers with sticks for being an exhibitionist pervert. So maybe it wasn't like having asthma at all.
This is where I cheat and slide in a Time Traveller's Wife!AU, but the original series is not really mentioned and you don't really need existing knowledge to love this. It's 4.5k of Ray being his fabulous self. You'll read this with a giant smile on your face, I promise!

They fall in love over Nate's slowly dying laptop, or something. You really need to read this for the dialogue alone.

Yes. The Lady Gaga song. That alone is reason enough to love it, surely! This is inspired, with charming and banter-y dialogue that'll leave you grinning and wishing for more.
