i asked my nephew what his fears were, and he said a few things. his age, he said. getting older. losing touch with the world. not finding the love he wants. living where he doesn't want to live. that's all, he said. i thanked him for being so vulnerable with me.  i told him it's something i'd like to aspire to.

i've been staying at one of my sister's place, and every time i return from work, she has a story about how burly anna (anna berlin/wiggly potato) had a poo explosion. the sort of excretion that flies out of her diapers like a movie's practical effect. maybe she's wearing the wrong size, my sister concluded.

going home on christmas i was snug fit in a travelin bus, which is different from a metro's busway. firstly, the chairs are cushioned, so that they have a better grip on lice. secondly, the travelin be long. that means if it is a packed bus, the company you have is what you keep for at least an hour. say this docile-looking fellow from the sticks ( ( Read more... )
