I go really quiet when things are unsettled. [N.B I also go quiet online when things are busy and good in real life, so large gaps in posting are usually nothing to worry about!] I learnt from the debacle of my PGCE and got in contact with my supervisor here to talk about my worries, which are now sorting themselves out and I won't go into details

Moving away to a new place is always going to make you homesick - but the main thing is to stay strong and not to worry! You sound like you're settling in ok, and I hope things go well. CAKE! :)
