The Asobot Initiative
Welcome, one and all, to the Asobot Initiative. For too long many of you have been sitting around with numerous cards in your Trade Pile that seem to do nothing more than accumulate dust. These cards, while formerly having purpose and mass interest, now lay around without any who desire them.

This Initiative, named after the very first deck that caught my eye as a neglected deck, has a single purpose. To remove cards from circulation by creating masteries. These masteries, created via mix-and-match donations, go to participating members as a reward for their help here in the initiative.

Initiative How-to
First and foremost, to donate to the Initiative you must have a card that is among our current Initiative Decks (see below). Second, you must comment in the http://colors-tcg.livejournal.com/268591.html">Donations section with the card (you will lose the donated card). Make sure to log each donation you make, we will too, so that you know how many donations you have.

Each time an active Initiative deck (see below) fills up to 20, it is transferred into the http://colors-tcg.livejournal.com/268974.html">Current Masteries section where it will wait to be claimed. There can be as few as 1 active Initiative Decks and as many as 9. The http://colors-tcg.livejournal.com/268495.html">Activity Lists section reflects which decks we, the Initiative, will allow as our Initiative decks.

In addition, we move decks with between 16 and 19 cards into the "Nearly Completed Decks" section to free up spaces in our Active decks. There is no limit to the number of Nearly Completed decks we can have, but the goal is to finish them fast!
Addendum: Nearly Completed Decks are now claimable just as Current Mastery Decks are. However, they still cost a 20-card donation

Important: When you donate a card to the Asobot Initiative, you lose that card. You will lose 19 cards before you gain 20, putting you back at exactly even; as if you had lost no cards and you get a mastery as a bonus! Unless you choose a Nearly Completed deck instead of a Current Mastery.

When you have donated 20 cards to the Initiative, you are allowed to claim a http://colors-tcg.livejournal.com/268974.html">Current Mastery or a Nearly Completed Deck and take it as your own (you finish it, turn it in and take the rewards)!
