Tis true, Mom always gets the blame! OY VEY, these kids, waiting until the last minute to finally admit they were supposed to work on something during break. I knew it sounded too good to be true! *facepalm*
HAHA thanks! YES, of course they blame Mom! When I was blowing steam from my ears, Nathan said something to the effect of, "why did you wait until now to ask me?" OY VEY!
OMG, I am laughing my ass off at Nathan's comment. Spoken like a true child. Which of course he'll never admit to when he wants to do/buy/see something too mature for his actual age.
HAH! Speaking of 'too mature', he was all excited this weekend because he'd built a website with an online friend. I asked who the friend was and he said it was a 13 year old girl. I asked if SHE knew how old HE was and he said "yes, 13, but at least I didn't tell her I was 20!" He's been making himself older to sign up for websites that don't cater to kids. I've heard him chatting with others during gaming, saying, "I might sound like a girl or I'm young, but it's just my microphone." GAH. I told him there is no way any of those people are going to believe he's 20, because of his voice! Granted, he can chat and assist all these gamers like he IS 20, but good lord...I can't keep up with him!
OY! You and I are in the same boat! Yep, when they're silent when you answer, it does not bode well for Mom. Nathan's deal was he was supposed to do a book report project but didn't even have the paper to explain what to do! Celine had told me about the History Day project but NOT that it was due this week (I thought she had at least 2-3 more weeks to work on it)!

Of course you know it's your fault-it's always Mom's fault(not theirs or even Dad,of course).
