So we pretty much finished the treehouse today, aside from the furnishings or whatever else we're putting in. And. Um. Badou nailed ferns to the roof as a finishing touch this afternoon. So. That's good.

Things are good. In general. Matt might come visit. So that's cool. Edward is going to teach me how to drive. Which will be awesome. And stuff.

Ignoring some things.

Life is fucking good. We've made great progress on the treehouse, it'll probably only take a few more days, and I'm really enjoying the work.

Badou slept through most of the construction today.

I fucking love this place.

The vampires' house is...mostly back to normal. It still smells vaguely like smoke, and there are a few things that haven't been replaced or fixed yet (...like Edward's piano), but all in all things are better. I think. America is still fucking amazing. Badou and spend most of today climbing trees (holy fuck, trees) and exploring this fucking huge house.
