After regaling the CSR with our woes, and putting us on hold for about twenty minutes so that her supervisor could review, we were given a 15% discount on a future cruise. Ha, like I would ever cruise with you again! When we said that was unacceptable, they told us they could send us the cash

well thats just bullshit. i agree with you, spread the word about how bad their cruise is, AND how bad their customer service is.

maybe consider filing a complaint with the BBB.
